About

About Us:

International South Bay FC (ISBFC) is a community football club based in San Jose, California, organized by the Bay Area Champions Foundation. We chose the name International to reflect the diversity of the South Bay and our belief that football is a universal language that brings people together across cultures, backgrounds, and skill levels. We also chose South Bay instead of Bay Area to stay even more rooted in the local community we directly serve, specifically San Jose, where the club is based and operates.

Mission:

Our club’s mission is to use soccer as a vehicle to create positive change in the community by growing the game, creating more playing opportunities for players, and strengthening the soccer culture within the South Bay community.

Vision:

Our vision at ISBFC is to start with two teams. We plan to use 2026 to build a roster and begin competing in 2027 or possibly Fall 2026, if the team is ready by then. We also plan to use Bay Area Champions as a platform to find players for both teams and to give players who don’t make either team a chance to play and develop more. There will be tryouts based on the number of players interested.
